1. Return & Exchange Period

Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all original tags.

All items in the packaging must be intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

3. Easy Exchange

If you need a different size, color, or pattern, you can easily exchange as long as it is in stock.

4. Quick Refund

Return the item along with the original packaging and tags to our return center.

We will refund your original payment method within one week after receiving the returned item.

5. Return Shipping Fees

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping cost.

Customers only need to pay one shipping fee (including return); no restocking fees are charged.

6. Order Cancellation

After placing an order, the order automatically enters the product lock stage and processing begins.

If you decide to cancel the order, please contact us for help. Cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

If the order has been shipped, we will not accept order cancellation requests.
